plot :
Civil unrest has erupted on the city's south side due to scandals involving Mimir Industries, prompting many employees to go on strike. Billionaire Eric Stone has hired the vigilante Ninja-Man to protect his downtown factory from vandalism by protesters. As tensions rise and riots break out, Ninja-Man aggressively confronts bystanders. Meanwhile, Bob the Clown, gifted with super strength and rapid healing regeneration, sees this as his chance to challenge Ninja-Man and become Arch City’s true hero.
